i love my job at lasenza. im very ON in my job. i have passion in whatever im doing. n i think what ive given is very obvious. n what i achieved so far is what ive been yearning. its worth it. alhamdulillah syukur allah.. im a supervisor now. OFICIALLY NOT yet.. i will only be an oficial supervisor by dec. BUT STILL, ive got my position secured. im proud of myself.. baik wanie!

the only challenge im receiving right now is, HOW TO HANDLE A CHINA STAFF.

ive work alot n been working around with china coliqs. but so far, the one who is working with me right now is the most SLOWEST PLAIN woman ive ever come across.. lets see.. i think i should give some example;


"gaoman, could you go oto paragon?"
"ok. for what?"
"give hanger..."
"huh? gift hanger?"
"yes, give hanger.. wait wait.."

i attend to a customer. usher her to the cashier, cash in her item. said thank you n had a small convo. later said goodbye. & sooo, i went in to the storeroom to get hangers when i realise shes not in.. where is gao man?? so i called her.

"gao man? where r you??"
"im going to paragon lorh"
"WHAT?? WHAT DID I SAY??"
shes in doubt. unsure what to answer me..
"erm.. you said gift hanger err.. hmm.. ouhh. OUHH.. give hanger.."

OK NOW.. IF SHE HEARD WRONGLY,
GIFT HANGER
THINK ABOUT IT.. SHES BEEN WORKING WITH US. N SINCE WHEN IS LA SENZA GIVING AWAY HANGERS AS A GIFT??????? LOGIC OR NOT. haiz... its not only that.. theres alot more stupidness she has done..

something shes still learning about me which she has never get it EVEN AFTER WORKING WITH US ALMOST 10 MONTHS

im short tempered
i expect things to be done when told, must think of the box when doing something too. doing extra mile in every single thing youre doing.
i wud like things happen in a very fast pace.
i dont like stupid questions being ask at a wrong time!
i expect you to understand what im saying after you said you understand
i must ensure that when you said you know you know what to do the next day n the next day n the next day. coz what youre doing, imply in your daily work style.
i dont like shops to be very messy!!!!!!
IM LOUD doesnt mean im angry wit you or wtv. its bcoz im loud


i feel like crying when im working with this girl.. i hate her. seriously i hate her. ive tried talking nicely n softly, she still do ALOT OF WRONG in one day!! >( wtv lah.. its a challenge. i just hope shes not stupid tomorrow..

and oh! we have a lasenza locker competition! im so happy i won! im the winner!! i shall show you what is gaomans understanding of decorating her locker..


her understanding on decorating a locker is putting up a quote of moving, inspired phrase. -.- sumpah dier pecahh!!


n my real competition is NISA. i think she has a very nice locker.. i really think she is very creative. she went all out to deco her locker! like she went to spotlight to buy the butterflies things. the gems. the alphabet thing bla bla....



AKU NYE JUGAK RILEK! i didn spend anything on this. the black cover is from a gift box i receive my wedding. i just cut it out. then on the last day of submission of entries, i went to eclecticism n took their magalog. my parttimer, Qiqin n i cut pictures n just paste it! it was her idea actually to do like a collage. i think its a good one! I WON ANW. i got myself a $100 guess voucher. how generous. thank you la senza.
