the only weird thing is, the diet i did during my secondary life, works so well. so my theory of diet is perfectly useful n effective. though i still have my flabby boncits. but i dun care, as long as im thin and alot of people says they are seeing GREAT tremendously drop of weight, im happy! i miss the time im fat when i dont care how i look, dress or smell. but those time have to go mayn!! im getting married. im making sure that my ex, admirers n lovers will go like, "wanie, i used to like you!" BAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAA!

fiance, i maen2 je k. but seriously. my intention was that and also, my pak andam is abit worried that im too fat for their costumes. everytime i drop by, they will go like
"you macam makin comel eh!!"
when i heard that, i will reply
"yekee.. tak baekk... kiter tgh mencuba nih!"
then turn n feel the whole world crashing. i thought i was doing good. but its not good enuf. will try k ashly n ritz!

besides all that hoo haa. fiances auntie, mak busu came up to me n was like praising that i really change n can see my dramatic drop of weight. then she told me to stop dieting. i look perfectly fine just looking like this. she advise me not to go any thinner coz i will look ugly if im too thin!

dang.

then what is the right weight n shape i should be having?? add abit more fats, maintain or lose some. i cant decide! a headache to hear from both sides. not sure who to listen. when i really eat 3 heavy meals, i will seriously stare blankly at the walls n scold to myself.

n if i only eat 1 heavy meal, my head will be overflowing with foods, drooling for the taste of that yummy bakerzin strawberry cheesecake. that delicious nasi padang! that new ferrero rocher choc!

arghh. wtv it is. im glad that ive lost 6KG! from 55KG, im now weighing at 49KG. still trying to lose another 2 more KGs. then i will be back in shape just like my teen years! hahh. i will die die make sure i look that thin! waahhooo!

the secrets of my diet- to BRIDE TO BE


i only have one heavy meal a day!
like seriously. i only eat nasi with daging rendang n two bagedils. if not that, i will eat mee waktok. this really works on me. i only eat once a day!

i wont call this as torturing, coz i do have some light snacks in between or maybe have those late night supper once a week or once every two weeks. my late night supper is certainly nasi goreng pattaya at spize. n dayah loves to eat that maggi goreng pataya. ok, got carried away.. anws. its unhealthy of coz, but in between, i have my fruits too.

BUT THE MOST INCREDIBLE ROLE IN DIET IS ;
drink only plain water. this is so serious. syita told me she only drink plain water n she lost like 2 or 3 or 4. cant recall in just a few months. n that works for me. been drinking ONLY plain water the last 6 months. n that really plays the most important role in dieting.

sweet drinks are fattening babe. that gotta go.


clean face.
my sch mates n friends often ask how i hardly have pimples. all my life, i seriously dont use any chemicals to wipe my face, or whitening my skin or whatever. THAT CAUSES CANCER. serious. that is why im abit scared. i already put on make up, n youre asking me to double up me risking of cancer. nono.. i only cleanse my face with running tap water.

let the nature beautify you! if i came across a pimple on my face, i will pinch it to get rid of that white ugly mofo smelly thing then i will keep scratching it n peeling of the dry skin. then of coz lah! wash face.

overall, i simply washes my face only with plain water.
